1. Company Information

This software is owned and operated by Explicit Development Corp.

The LaravelShipping product and website are operated under the LaravelShipping brand (“LaravelShipping”).

All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Explicit Development Corp and the LaravelShipping product.

2. Overview of Service

LaravelShipping provides a Laravel-based shipping integration package that allows developers to integrate shipping rate providers into their applications.

The software may include both free and paid components depending on the shipping carrier or feature set selected.

3. License Structure

3.1 Free Components (MIT Licensed)

The following integrations are provided under the MIT License and are free for personal and commercial use:

  • Common
  • UPS

These components may be used, modified, and distributed in accordance with the MIT License terms included in the repository.

3.2 Paid Components (Commercial License)

The following integrations require a commercial license per domain:

  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • DHL
  • RateShopper

Each commercial license is a one-time payment of $49 per domain, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased paid components on a single domain.

This license is tied to the domain used at the time of purchase and is valid for the lifetime of that project/domain.

You may continue to use the licensed components on that domain indefinitely.

5. License Validation

LaravelShipping may include optional license verification to distinguish between licensed and unlicensed usage.

Unlicensed usage does not prevent functionality of the software, but may result in internal logging or usage notifications.

6. Updates and Support

  • Free MIT-licensed components are provided “as is” with no guaranteed support.
  • Paid licenses may include access to updates and basic support at our discretion.
  • Continued updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that cannot be resolved.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute paid licenses
  • Share a single-domain license across multiple domains
  • Attempt to bypass license restrictions or intentionally misrepresent usage

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or meet all requirements for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explicit Development Corp shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
